We stand behind the clinical-grade performance of our air purification systems. Your unit is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Don't Void Your Warranty
Filters must be changed on schedule using official Surgically Clean Air replacements only. Failure to adhere to the filter schedule listed in your user manual will void this limited warranty.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Internal mechanical components (fans, motors).
- Electronic systems and controls.
- Repair or replacement (at SCA discretion).
- Return shipping to client after repair*.
What Is Not Covered
- Replacement filters (consumable items).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Physical damage (dropping, accidents).
- Damage from extreme moisture/heat.
- Damage reported >10 days after delivery.
How to Make a Claim
To qualify for repair, you must follow these steps:
Troubleshoot
Contact a qualified SCA agent via phone or email. We must attempt to resolve the issue remotely first.
Submit Form
If remote troubleshooting fails, submit the provided warranty authorization form.
Ship Unit
Ship the unit to our repair facility. You are responsible for proper packaging and inbound shipping costs.
Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 10 calendar days of receipt.
Distributor Purchases: May be subject to the Distributor's warranty. Bill of sale required.
*Free Return Shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon.
